Boambee East

Light brick gable-end extension with a large picture window and a louvre window, joined to the original red brick house at sunset

A simple extension with a big impact. By opening through one existing wall, we created a seamless connection to a completely new zone of the home.

The extension was designed as one simple, efficient addition, significantly increasing the home's footprint and functionality while keeping the build practical and cost-conscious.

One clear architectural move that gave the whole family more room to live.

We couldn't be happier with the kitchen, pantry, and walk-in robe Fer designed—beautiful, functional, and within budget. She provided multiple design options, helped us refine the perfect layout, and truly listened to our needs. Fer was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
