A home designed around the water. Set on one of the few sites in the area with such direct access to the water, the creek frontage became a key part of the brief from the very beginning. We wanted the home to celebrate the water, opening towards it and capturing the views as much as possible.

The Bonville Waters Home is a bold, coastal contemporary home with a strong connection between inside and out. The design has been carefully considered to capture uninterrupted creek views across the home, allowing the water frontage to become part of the everyday experience while balancing openness, privacy and natural ventilation.

Equal consideration was given to how the home presents from both street and creek side, creating a strong street presence while responding just as thoughtfully to the creek frontage.
