Same house. Completely reimagined. This full renovation transformed an existing home with a simple, continuous roofline into a warm coastal residence with greater depth, rhythm and connection.

A new entry porch reshapes the façade, creating a defined sense of arrival and a sunny place to take in the creek views. Inside, the plan was completely reworked to open the home up and connect seamlessly with the new deck and newly resurfaced pool.
